I painted everything but the wings with an air brush.
Not to bad for my first try at something other than fades or stripes.
The wings were out of my league at this point.

My HPIThis is an HPI RS2 Sport.... Yes.. an RS2, not an RS3... doh! I used to live in Eugene Oregon, and the hobby shop there told me that it was the latest from HPI... I was drawing a blank on the model numbers, and took his word on it.... ooops! This was the 2nd paint job I did myself, and still the one I'm the most proud of... there's 328 of those little black lines that border the red stripe, and I painted each of them by hand.... 3 times each!! lol... Now... it's cracked.... chipped.... and lost many a race! =)
